Yes, it is possible. After placing your order, please contact the Unique Celebrations Support Team via WhatsApp with your order ID to request the removal of the price tag or invoice as it is a gift.
Once your order is confirmed and accepted, it is not possible to add more products to it. You will need to place a new order for the additional items.

If your prepaid order cannot be delivered by our courier partners and is returned to us, we will process a refund to your Unique Celebrations account wallet. The refund will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
You can cancel your order from the Orders page if it has not yet been processed at our office. Typically, orders are processed by 11 AM on working days. However, orders containing face masks, DTG T-shirts, hoodies, pullovers, tank tops, posters, mobile covers, coffee mugs, coasters, and fridge magnets cannot be cancelled once these items have been manufactured, as they are printed on demand.
Yes, a refund for your prepaid order can be processed if you cancel it following the specified procedure. The refund will be issued through the original mode of payment within 10 working days.

If the COD option is not available, it means this service is not supported for your postal code. You can choose to pay using a debit card, credit card, or net banking, or have the products delivered to an alternate address where COD is available
- Return Period: Customers can return their orders within 7 days of delivery. Reverse pickup is available for most pin codes. For non-serviceable pin codes, customers will need to self-ship the product(s).
- Hygiene and Condition: Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of being worn, washed, or soiled, to maintain hygiene standards. For defective products, share images and a video via WhatsApp with the team, and once confirmed, a refund will be provided either to your Unique Celebrations account wallet or your bank account, as per your preference.
- Combo Packs: If returning an item from a combo pack, the entire pack must be returned. Partial returns are not accepted. For manufacturing issues or other queries, contact the Customer Support Team via WhatsApp.
- Gift Cards and Wrapping: Gift Cards/Vouchers are non-refundable. Gift-wrapping charges will not be refunded for returned goods, and replacement items cannot be gift-wrapped.
- Hygiene-Sensitive Products: Returns are not accepted for certain product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks. Unique Celebrations reserves the right to update this list without prior notice.
- Processing Fee: A nominal processing fee of ₹35 is applicable for all returns.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to modify the shipping address once the system has forwarded the details to our warehouse for packing and shipping. However, you can cancel the order before it is packed and place a new order with the correct address. Don’t worry—there are no cancellation charges.
